At Praanveda, your health and happiness mean everything to us. We know choosing the right supplement is a big decision. We genuinely believe in the power of our supplements, and we want you to experience their benefits with complete confidence. and we are committed to ensuring your experience is as smooth and worry-free as possible. Your trust matters more than a transaction. If something isn’t right, rest assured that we’re here to make it right.

For Products Shipped by Us

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you need to return a product, we’re happy to help within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following circumstances:

  • The product doesn’t fit your needs or has size issues.
  • You received an expired product (though this is highly unlikely).
  • You were charged more than the MRP.
  • The product is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered.

To process a return, we kindly ask that the product is:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • Returned with the original tags, box, and packaging.

Note:  Temperature sensitive products are not eligible for any returns.

 

For Products Shipped Directly by the Seller

We understand that returns for products shipped directly by the seller can feel complicated. While we cannot process these returns ourselves, we’ll stand by your side and work with the seller to resolve the issue.

Simply email us at Care@praanveda.com, and we’ll take care of the rest. Products shipped by the seller will be clearly indicated on the product description page.

 

For Orders Not Yet Shipped

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at Care@praanveda.com.

  • If the order hasn’t been packaged or shipped, we’ll cancel it and refund your full amount.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the return policy above will apply.

 

For Products Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things happen during transit, and we’re here to help.

  • If you notice any damage, please do not accept the package and return it to the delivery agent.
  • Email us at Care@praanveda.com, and we’ll send you a replacement right away.
